Freezer Beef

Every year we offer farm raised longhorn freezer beef.  We typically have set dates for a fall butcher (Sep-Nov).

 

You have the ability to personalize your choice of beef cuts and portion of cow to fill your freezer with either 1/4, 1/2 or whole cow options.

 

In the future we hope to be able to offer freezer beef butcher dates in the spring and fall timeframes.
